I have spent a fair bit of time over the last few weeks supporting my network with coaching, mentoring or advice about taking their work online as their businesses have been impacted. Like ALL of my network, some of my own work has been somewhat curtailed due to the current situation.

A lot of the work I do as a facilitator, coach and trainer can be done online, but talking to people, I am also hearing many leaders and employees are under pressure and can’t commit to vast amounts of time for upskilling or sharpening their saws.
