One knotty challenge. Two hours of focused attention: 30 minutes of preparation, 90 minutes together.
Some leadership challenges do not need an ongoing coaching relationship. They need focused attention and an experienced sounding board: someone who can see the pattern quickly, challenge your thinking, and bring enough structure to the conversation that it produces something you can actually act on.
The Leadership Clinic is built for that moment. You bring one specific challenge. I bring 30 years of coaching, facilitation and leadership development experience, including work as a PCC-credentialed executive coach and CPF-credentialed facilitator with leaders across more than 40 countries. I prepare beforehand, then we spend 90 minutes working through what you have brought. The aim is to leave with greater clarity, a better decision, a different way of seeing the situation, or something concrete you are ready to do next.
How it works
When you book your session, I ask you three questions: what you would like us to work on, what you have already tried, considered or noticed, and what would make our 90 minutes genuinely useful for you. I spend up to 30 minutes reviewing what you have shared and thinking about how we might approach it, so we can get into the real work quickly when we meet.
The session itself is a working conversation, not a lecture. I might ask hard questions, draw out how you are seeing the situation, bring in a framework or tool where it genuinely helps, map who else is involved, explore the wider system, or challenge an assumption you have not tested yet. What I bring depends entirely on what you bring. The Clinic is built around your challenge, not around covering material for its own sake.
The 90 minutes is the work. I do not send a report, action plan or written summary afterwards. We use the time together to think, explore, challenge, make sense and work towards whatever will be most useful for the situation you have brought.

What can you bring to a Leadership Clinic?
This works well for a decision you are stuck on and want to pressure-test before committing, a team dynamic you can see the effects of but cannot quite name, preparation for a high-stakes conversation, a stakeholder situation you are struggling to navigate, or a recurring leadership pattern you want an experienced outside perspective on.
Nothing has to be wrong. You may simply have an important decision or situation that deserves more structured thinking than you can give it alone. The common thread is that there is something specific enough to work on and important enough to deserve focused attention.
What this is not
This is not an ongoing coaching engagement, and it is not designed to replace one. If what you need is sustained support over time, a Clinic session can help clarify that, but the Leadership Clinic is deliberately designed as a complete, standalone piece of work.
It is also not a sales call. There is no follow-up pitch built into the session and no expectation that it leads to anything else.
Confidentiality
Whatever you bring to the Leadership Clinic stays between us. The session is confidential, and I treat anything you share beforehand as part of that same conversation.

A few questions you might have
What if 90 minutes is not enough?
The aim is not necessarily to resolve every aspect of a complex situation in 90 minutes. It is to make useful progress on the challenge you bring. That might mean reaching a decision, seeing the situation differently, identifying what is really getting in the way, preparing for an important conversation, or becoming clearer about what to do next. If it becomes apparent that something needs sustained attention, we can acknowledge that without turning the Clinic into a sales conversation.
Is this the same as coaching?
Not quite. Coaching is usually a relationship built over time. The Leadership Clinic is a single, focused working session, closer to having an experienced strategic sounding board for one particular challenge, although I draw on many of the same coaching skills.
Do I need to know exactly what the problem is before booking?
No. Bring what you are seeing, experiencing or trying to make sense of. Sometimes the challenge you arrive with is not quite the challenge we end up working on. Getting clearer about what is really happening can be some of the most valuable work we do.
What happens after the session?
Nothing is automatically scheduled and there is no follow-up process you are committing to. The Leadership Clinic is designed to stand on its own. What you take from the conversation and what you choose to do next stays with you.
What if I am not sure this is the right fit?
If you are genuinely unsure whether your challenge is suitable for a Leadership Clinic, send me a short note before booking, and I will give you an honest answer. You do not need a discovery call.
