This is the start of a curation of visual templates I have been sent by people or have found on my internet travels.
My introduction to visual templates was from the book on Graphic Facilitation by David Sibett. Since then I have been using them in my work as a facilitator and coach.
Please note I am not the author of the templates shared here. Please respect the copyright enabled by the author. If in doubt, do reach out to them directly! Ideally authors should be placing clear Creative Commons licences on their templates. See HERE.
1 – The 8 Wastes snake
Sent to me by Rob Healy, the 8 Wastes Snake Is a visual aid to identify and categorise wastes encountered during day to day work so that they can be reviewed as part of a retrospective. The snake can be used to record wastes as they are encountered as a standard Waste Snake. Then, during the meeting, they can be grouped into one of the 8 wastes so the frequency and types of wastes can be seen and, hopefully addressed. You can read about it HERE. You can download a large .PDF HERE. No copyright notice exists on the template, so I assume that this is NOT okay to use as is.
MORE to come! DO reach out IF you have templates that you have created and would like me to add them here!
