As part of a program on behalf of Accenture, that I am running, we explored some of their research around achieving competitive agility through whole brain leadership. Whilst we know that the brain is not split so clearly between these two hemispherical skill sets, the idea is quite an easy one to communicate.

In my mind it is simply a list of “skills” that anyone, formal leader or not chave naturally that can be enhanced.
