As a senior Coach, Andi brings practical hands on experience of managing and leading in organisations of different sizes in the private sector. His work has entailed him coaching senior leadership teams of global companies through to managers and young graduates in fast track development programmes

With a focus on leadership , teams, innovation and B2B sales, Andi is an internationally experienced as a coach, trainer and facilitator having worked in more than 20 countries and capable of coaching in Spanish as well as English.

Andi is a strong believer in personal capability and challenges his coaching clients to push the boundaries of personal, team and organisational performance. His coaching style is relaxed and often experiential, through supporting assignments and fieldwork and he requires his coaching clients to be open, honest, focused and responsible for the coaching outcomes set.
